Meet the Staff

Jason Beiler is the Lead Pastor at LifeChange Church. He and his wife Joy live in Montgomery with their daughter, Elizabeth. Jason grew up in a Pastor's home. He started youth pastoring at age 20 and planted a church in North Alabama at the age of 21.

Joy Beiler is the Administrative Pastor at LifeChange Church and has a passion to reach children. She has ministered to children for over 15 years through directing summer camps and organizing children and nursery ministries.

Together, Jason and Joy have a passion to serve Montgomery, Alabama, through planting and establishing a church where everyone is invited, everyone is important, and everyone is involved. Their desire is to create an atmosphere where you can experience the life changing power of God through Worship, the Word and being involved in ministry.
